Well done for taking this step. Most practitioners spend years wondering whether there’s anything real underneath the work, without ever actually looking.
If part of you is reading this and thinking what did I just do — that’s not buyer’s remorse.
That’s the sound of an old habit recalibrating.
You’ve spent a long time being the one who has the answer, who explains, who carries it.
Today you decided to go and check for yourself, properly, instead of just wondering.
That’s not a small thing.
What happens next:
Your download is below.
Set aside one hour, somewhere quiet, in one sitting.
That’s the only thing this needs from you.
There’s nothing to prepare beforehand.
No notes, no trying to sum up your work first.
You’ll pick three clients you’ve already helped and work through them as you go — that’s the whole exercise.
When you sit down with it:
You’ll answer a short set of questions about each of the three clients, not the techniques you’d list on a website, but the moves underneath them.
Then you’ll read your own answers back, side by side, and see what repeats.
By the end, you’ll have a Method Evidence Summary in your own handwriting.
Not a finished methodology.
Evidence of one, or honest proof that your three cases don’t yet agree, either result is worth having.
If a pattern surfaces, that summary is exactly what you’d bring to a Methodology Mapping Session, if you ever want the rest of it named and mapped.
That’s a separate decision, for a separate day.
Nothing here depends on it.
That’s it. The work starts when you open it.
In your corner,
Declan
