What Happens Next

Before Your Call

You will receive your Calendar Invite Email with the Zoom link and call details in the next few minutes.

And within 24 hours of your scheduled call you’ll receive a Reminder Email with the details in there too.

What to Expect on the Call

The session usually lasts around an hour, sometime less, sometimes more.

It depends on how close you are to your process.

Methodology mapping can’t be rushed so the calls take as long as is necessary, but an hour is a good marker.

Here’s what you walk away with:

  • Your Methodology, Named — the process you’ve been running on instinct for years, finally given a shape and a name you can point to.

  • Your Methodology Map — the stages, the diagnostic moves, the arc you take every client through, laid out so you can see the structure from the outside for the first time.

  • Your Positioning & Messaging — the one true sentence about who your work is for and what it does, written out in the three lengths you actually need: a line for your bio, a few sentences for your website, a full version for your enrolment page.

  • Your Methodology Readback Document — the written record of everything we surface, in your hands within 48 hours. Yours to keep, whatever you decide from there.

  • Your Three First Steps — three concrete next moves with your newly-named methodology, so you don’t leave with a beautiful document and no idea where to start.

The Guarantee

If we get to the end of the call and there isn’t a real methodology underneath your work — named, structured, recognisable as yours — you get a full refund.

No forms, no fine print, no conversation about it.

In over 200 of these sessions, I’ve never once looked and found nothing there.

A Quick Note About This Call

Before we speak, I’d like you to think about something.

Not prepare. Not research. Just think.

Picture the last client who came to you stuck. Really stuck.

The kind of stuck where they’d tried other things and nothing had shifted.

Now picture what happened over the weeks you worked together.

There was a moment — maybe you remember exactly when it was, maybe it’s more of a feeling — where something changed in them.

Not because you gave them advice.

Not because you taught them a technique.

But because of something you did.

Something in how you listened, or the question you asked, or the way you held the space when they finally said the thing they’d been afraid to say.

You might not be able to explain what you did in that moment.

Most practitioners can’t.

It’s become so instinctive, so woven into how you work, that it just feels like “what I do.”

But that moment — the one you can feel even if you can’t fully describe it — that’s what we’ll be listening for on our call.

You don’t need to come with a polished answer.

You don’t need to know what your methodology is.

You don’t need to have anything figured out.

Just hold that client in your mind. Remember what they were carrying when they came to you. And what was different when they left.

That’s all the preparation this requires.

We’ll use this example as the starting point for your methodology.

And finally, if someone asks what this call is about, here’s the simplest answer:

Someone who reveals the methodology inside my work that I’ve been using for years.

I’ll see you soon.
